Step-by-Step Application Guide
Surface Preparation
Blocks should be clean, free from dust and loose particles. Lightly dampen highly absorbent blocks (like AAC) before laying to control suction.
Mixing
Add powder gradually to clean water while mixing to a smooth, uniform, trowel-workable consistency. Avoid over-watering - mix only what you can use within the pot life.
Application
Apply an even bed of mortar (6-10 mm) using a trowel or notched applicator along the block face before placing the next block.
Jointing & Curing
Press blocks firmly to achieve full, uniform joints and tap level. Strike off excess mortar and keep the fresh masonry protected and lightly moist while curing.
