Step-by-Step Application Guide
Surface Preparation
Substrate must be clean, sound, level and structurally stable. Prime dense, smooth or highly absorbent substrates and natural stone backs where recommended.
Mixing
Add powder to clean water while mixing to a smooth, lump-free paste. Rest for 5 minutes and re-mix - avoid adding extra water once mixed.
Application & Back-Buttering
Apply with a large-notch trowel and always back-butter extra-large slabs or natural stone to eliminate voids and ensure full-contact, even support.
Fixing & Curing
Bed slabs firmly with a slight sliding motion, using spacers/levelling clips for large formats. Leave undisturbed for at least 24 hours before grouting or loading.
