Step-by-Step Application Guide
Surface Preparation
Ensure the substrate is clean, structurally sound and free from dust, oil, curing compounds or loose material. Prime highly absorbent or smooth/dense surfaces as needed.
Mixing
Add powder gradually to clean water while mixing to a smooth, lump-free paste. Rest for 5 minutes and re-stir before use for best workability.
Application
Spread adhesive with the flat edge of the trowel, then comb ridges with the notched edge. For larger tiles, back-butter the tile for full contact.
Fixing & Curing
Bed tiles into the adhesive with firm, even pressure and slight movement to collapse ridges. Maintain uniform joint width; leave undisturbed for 24 hours before grouting.
