Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of construction materials, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Eligible Returns

  • Damaged products during transit
  • Incorrect product supplied

Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling

Refund Process
